How it works from plan submission to delivered estimate.

A simple online workflow for interior estimating—so you always know what stage your estimate is at, what’s included, and when it will land.

How It Works

From plan submission to delivered estimate.

Everything is handled through a simple, online process: you send the drawings, we deliver a clear estimate—and the communication in between is automated and organized.

Step 1
Share your project
Upload plans & outline the scope.
Use the online form to submit PDFs and project details for steel framing, drywall, flooring, wall coverings, and painting. You’ll get an instant confirmation and timeline.
Step 2
We prepare your estimate
Detailed interior quantities & costs.
We review the drawings, prepare takeoffs, and build out an estimate that you can plug directly into your bid, budget, or client presentation.
Step 3
Review & follow-up
Clarifications, revisions & next steps.
You receive the estimate along with an option to book a call. Automated reminders and follow-ups keep everything moving until the numbers are locked in.

Questions

Interior estimating FAQs.

A few quick answers to common questions about how the process works, what we need from you, and how we handle changes once the drawings move.

What file types can I upload with my plans?
We typically work from PDF drawings exported from your design software, but we can also work from marked-up plans or combined drawing sets. If you’re not sure, submit what you have and we’ll let you know if anything else is needed.
Do you only estimate interior trades?
This workflow is focused on interior trades and finishes—steel framing, drywall, taping, acoustical ceilings, painting, wall coverings, and flooring. If you have additional scopes, include a note when you submit and we’ll confirm what we can take on.
Can I get revisions if the drawings change?
Yes. Interior projects often evolve. When there’s an addendum or scope change, you can re-submit the updated drawings referencing your original project. We’ll review and confirm whether it’s a minor adjustment or a more substantial re-takeoff.
Will the estimate match my own costing structure?
Every contractor has their own way of building numbers. We structure estimates so you can plug them into your own templates, including your labour rates, markups, and overhead. If you share your preferred format, we’ll get as close to that as possible.
